All return requests must be made via email, This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it , no later than 3 days after receiving your Marion Mercer order. In the subject line please indicate your order number and “Return Request”. Returned merchandise will only be accepted if it has not been worn, altered, or damaged. Each garment has a tag that if removed or altered cannot be returned. Due to the age and extremely fragile nature of certain garments, some items are final sale and cannot be returned. This information is indicated in the item's description. We do our best to provide you with extremely accurate depictions of each item at Marion Mercer so that you will be confident in your purchase. We ask that you respect the age of our merchandise when trying it on, and if you must return an item please carefully package it in the garment bag and with the hanger it was shipped on. Shipping charges are non-refundable. |
